How it works: your path to clear hearing

From your first concern to myself arriving for your appointment with Sound clear, I've made the process simple and stress-free. Here's a step-by-step guide to what you can expect from Sound Clear.

Step 1: please simply get in touch with me (Rachel)

If you're experiencing any issues associated with a build-up of wax, simply get in touch with me  I'm here to help.

 

 

Step 2: home visit & inspection

Once the appointment is made, I will confirm 1 hour before my arrival to ensure you are home.

I will then come to your home, go through a permission form with some medical questions before we begin.

I will then inspect your ear canals to check for wax, and discuss the best approach for removal.

 

Step 3: professional removal

I pride myself on a professional service, using proven methods for comfortable removal. You'll feel so much better with clear ears.

My pricing is £25 for your home consultation.

At your appointment I will inspect both ears to check for wax build up. I will show you a picture so you know exactly what is inside your ear canal.

If you have a wax build up then a further £20 is required to clear one ear or a further £30 for both.

Total pricing 

£25 = Initial consultation visit.

£45 = One ear, wax removed

£55 = Both ears, wax removed

This a very competitive rate.

I will show you a picture or video of what is in your ears, this helps clients to understand if they need treatment or not.

If its not needed there is no further charge from the initial consultation, examination and advise £25.

Addressing your worries

It's natural to have questions or concerns before an ear wax removal. I'm here to put you at ease and answer everything you need to know.

Will it be painful?

I take my time, using proven methods for a more comfortable removal. I will explain everything I'm going to do prior to the wax removal. If it gets a little uncomfortable, we can always take a short break.

What if the wax can't be removed in one visit?

If the wax cannot be removed in one visit, I will arrange another appointment with you, free of charge. I will also provide full advice on how to soften the wax prior to our next visit to ensure a successful outcome.

Will I be asked questions?

Yes, I will go through medical questions and provide a clear explanation of the procedure beforehand to ensure your safety and comfort throughout the process.
